1. Acknowledge Your Need for Salvation

- Recognize Sin: Romans 3:23 states, "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." This verse highlights the universal problem of sin and our need for salvation.

2. Understand the Consequences of Sin

- Acknowledge the Penalty of Sin: Romans 6:23 begins with, "For the wages of sin is death..." This part of the verse shows the seriousness of sin – its ultimate consequence is spiritual death, which is eternal separation from God.

3. Recognize God’s Solution for Sin

- Accept God’s Gift of Salvation: The second part of Romans 6:23 offers hope: "...but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord." Salvation is a free gift from God, available through Jesus Christ.

4. Believe in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior
